Years before making Ki'jyara in eso, she was actually supposed to be an Elder Scrolls themed DnD character for a game that sadly never got off the ground.
While she did have a run in with it many years ago, Ki'jyara isn't really addicted to Skooma.
Ki'jyara is VERY easily distracted by shiny things.
